Paying homage to Singapore’s zi char and hawker traditions, the Wok Hei Chilli Prawns elevate succulent tiger prawns with the smoky depth of the wok. The House Sambal Charred Octopus brings together layered heat and complexity, a reflection of the precinct’s enduring cultural influences. Every Thursday, 7pm to 9pm, gather over a curated selection of free-flow pours curated for Ladies Night in the heart of Bugis. From Classic ($38 per person) pours of Prosecco and wine to Signature ($48 per person) indulgences with Aperol Spritzs and Negronis, and finally ultimate Prestige ($78 per person) experience with unlimited Champagne. Ladies who select the $48 or $78 unlimited pours experience may also enjoy 15% dining privileges on the tapas menu, adding another layer to the evening’s indulgence.
