Behind every creation at The Lobby Lounge is a collective of passionate artisans — chefs, pâtissiers and mixologists — each bringing their own philosophy of craft, flavour, and hospitality to the house, shaping moments of discovery with every dish and pour.

With close to 20 years of expertise, Chef Jason brings creativity and modern technique, crafting visually striking desserts with thoughtful flavour combinations that delight both the eye and palate.

Chef Jason brings an extensive culinary expertise of close to 20 years in the pastry kitchen, he has demonstrated exceptional creativity and possesses a deep understanding of flavour combinations, modern techniques, and the ability to craft visually stunning desserts that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.
Jason brings with him more than a wealth of experience in pastry and bakery and has worked in some of the leading upscale and luxury hotels in Malaysia and Singapore. Jason has spent most of his career honing, and he was involved in large-scale events such as the F1 Night Race, Chaine de Rotisseurs and more.

Chef Charles curates a vibrant medley of signature creations, guided by his belief that food bridges cultures. He harmoniously blends authentic Singaporean flavours with international influences.

Charles Nguyen boasts a wealth of expertise in the culinary arts, with a career spanning over two decades spent in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore.
When asked for his ‘must-order’ mains from the all-day dining menu, Chef Charles is quick to point out the Seafood Fried Hokkien Mee and Our Singapore Laksa, filled with a luscious coconut-based gravy that emanates comfort in every bite.

Affectionately known as Dora, she leads The Lobby Lounge’s crafted cocktail menu, ensuring every drink is shaken and stirred to perfection while journeying through the history of Bugis–Bras Basah.

Rhodora’s tenacity and eagerness to learn has resulted in her role today leading the talented team of bartenders serving classics and heritage cocktails at The Lobby Lounge. She brings extensive hospitality know-how to this role, along with a dynamic spirit that excites and inspires.
