Atelier of Tea and Spice

Atelier of Tea and Spice experience draws from Bugis’ heritage as a historic trading quarter, where rare teas, precious spices and stories from distant ports once passed through its streets.

The savoury selection opens with a nuanced interplay of spice and depth. The Home-cured Norwegian Salmon Vol-au-vent is delicately enhanced with Chinese five spice. The Spicy Tuna Tartare where premium ahi tuna is enlivened with chilli and citrus zest.

The patisserie selection continues with tea-infused creations. The Oolong Tea Éclat layers passion fruit custard with oolong tea genoise while the Lychee English Breakfast Tea Cake offers a delicate interplay of Hainanese-style butter cake, infused with the robust notes of English breakfast tea. 

From now to 17 May 2026, guests who bring a spice of their choice (black pepper, vanilla, ginger and cinnamon) will be invited to enjoy a complimentary cocktail, a contemporary interpretation of the trading culture that once shaped Bugis.

The Heritage Royale Afternoon Tea set is a sublime culinary experience that beautifully intertwines the hotel’s storied heritage with an elevated afternoon tea ritual. As a beacon of luxury and heritage, The Lobby Lounge showcases the  Heritage Royale Afternoon Tea set, a menu that pays homage to the hotel's roots while offering a contemporary twist on classic flavours. Each set is complemented by two flutes of Champagne, perfect for toasting.

Savoury highlights from the afternoon tea include Chilli Boston Lobster Roll, inspired by the iconic Singapore Chilli Crab and the Signature Kaya Jam and Foie Gras is an exquisite blend of rich, buttery foie gras paired with the sweet, creamy traditional kaya (coconut-egg jam) on a spicy chilli macaron.

For the sweet treats, indulge in the Ondeh-ondeh Swiss Roll to the Macaron, showcases a delightful blend of classic and innovative flavours, providing a perfect ending to the exquisite afternoon tea experience.

Experience the art of plant-based indulgence thoughtfully curated to inspire moments of mindful enjoyment. 

The savoury selections that offer both comfort and complexity. The Silky Tofu and Black Truffle Sandwich layers delicate tofu with seasonal truffle all nestled between slices of the soft ciabatta bread. The Impossible Meat Pot Pie, a hearty plant-based stew of root vegetables and tomato encased in a crisp, golden filo pastry, a warm and savoury nod to classic comfort.

The sweet fancies continue with the Lavender Panna Cotta, crafted with soy and coconut milk, is subtly floral and soothing, its silky texture topped with chia seeds and a tart blueberry compote. The Hazelnut Apple Tart offers notes of caramelised fruit and roasted nuttiness.

Our cocktail journey begins at Sultan Gate Garden in Bugis, drawing inspiration from the majestic Gelam trees that once shaped the landscape of the precinct. Offering a botanical and sweet foundation lifted with citrus brightness, the Royal Rosales reflects the quiet grandeur of Sultan Gate in Bugis, once the historic approach to Istana Kampong Glam, the former seat of Malay royalty in Singapore. 

Inspired by the lush serenity of Sultan Gate Garden, the Reverie unfolds with smooth, caramel-rich Nikka Grain Whisky, layered with a gentle citrus nuance.

Inspired by the culinary and cultural richness, Abbey Garden Punch is a liquid ode to the elegance and vibrancy of CHIJMES. Built upon the fragrant and citrusy base, the cocktail is elevated by bright flavours of calamansi and pineapple.

Journey to the National Library Singapore, a modern architectural landmark in Bugis, Bras Basah, defined by its sleek glass facade and thoughtfully designed, naturally lit interiors. Designed by renowned eco-architect Ken Yeang, the widely recognised National Library stands as a leading example of green building design in Singapore.

Conceptualised by Head Mixologist Rhodora Amurao, the Kopi Colada reimagines Singapore’s beloved Nanyang kopi through a refreshing interpretation of the classic Piña Colada. Creamy and tropical, where familiar local flavours are elevated into a contemporary Singapore cocktail experience.

Honouring the National Library Singapore, The Archives draws inspiration from the institution’s role in preserving the nation’s cultural memory. Layered with the depth of Compass Box Glasgow Blend Whisky and the subtle fruitiness of Merlet Apricot Liqueur, the creation unfolds with both clarity and complexity.

Haji Lane

With parts measuring just over 4 meters wide, Haji Lane holds the distinction of being Singapore's reputed narrowest street.
In the 60s and 70s, it provided shelter to travellers on their sacred annual pilgrimage to Mecca. Poetically, the area's nightlife revival was spearheaded by a Middle Eastern-style café, setting the tone for its transformation.

A refreshing tribute to the lively Haji Lane during the day, the Narrow Lane reflects the cultural influences that thrive in Haji Lane, presenting a light and floral cocktail with a citrusy burst. 

As the sun descends, the robust and spicy Nocturne Alley showcases the nocturnal charm of Haji Lane, perfect for those who seek something deeper and more enigmatic.

From Classic ($38 per person) pours of Prosecco and wine to Signature ($48 per person) indulgences with Aperol Spritzs and Negronis, and finally ultimate Prestige ($78 per person) experience with unlimited Champagne. Ladies who select the $48 or $78 unlimited pours experience may also enjoy 15% dining privileges on the tapas menu, adding another layer to the evening’s indulgence.  

For every group of four ladies*, enjoy a complimentary bowl of truffle fries and satay panggang as you sip, snack, and settle into a night of wines, conversations, and after-hours rituals**.
